Promethean Global Rebrand
Promethean’s mission is to transform the way the world learns and collaborates, but this spirit of innovation was not reflected in the brand expression. In order to bring renewed focus to the company’s ambitious mission, I was brought on to help evolve their brand strategy and expression.
Along with the updated brand identity, my team redesigned both online and in-person experiences, including Promethean’s website, social media presence, and event booth design. The redesign was received, winning both an ‘Award of Excellence for Logo Redesign’, and the ‘Americas Gold Award for Identity Redesign’ from Best Brand Awards.
It started with a spark
Promethean’s more modern look and feel, along with an updated brand story, are meant to bring a renewed focus to the company’s groundbreaking role in changing the education technology landscape. At the heart of the rebrand is a new logo–a red flame–that not only signifies the passion of the company’s employees, partners, and customers, but harkens back to the company’s namesake, Prometheus, the Greek god of fire.
